Lost in Panama: The Tragedy of the Pianista Trail
The official Russian translation and audiobook edition of Still Lost in Panama (Verschollen in Panama: Die wahre Tragödie vom Pianista Trail).
The book examines one of the most mysterious and controversial true crime cases: the disappearance of Dutch tourists Lisanne Froon and Kris Kremers on the Pianista Trail on April 1, 2014. Investigative journalists Christian Hardinghaus and Annette Nenner were given access to official case files and forensic reports, which they analyzed in detail. Their five-month investigation uncovered serious mistakes in the original inquiry. They also interviewed key witnesses, found new evidence, and retraced the possible routes taken by Kris and Lisanne through the Panamanian cloud forest.
